Jim Corbett

Jim Corbett National Park is one of India’s most famous and oldest national parks, located in the state of Uttarakhand, in the northern part of India. It was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park, later renamed in 1957 to honor Jim Corbett, the legendary hunter-turned-conservationist who played a vital role in the establishment of the park and was instrumental in the conservation of the Bengal tiger.
